How long do I have to load the container?
Usually, we drop the container off the day you are prepared to load it and ask that you be ready for pick-up (full) by 7:30 am the next day. (for extended time during mid-month period, please ask customer service prior to your delivery).

Can you refer people to help me load the container?
Yes, we would be happy to refer movers who can help you load the
container.

Can I access my goods while they are in storage?
Of course! We only ask that you call 24 hours in advance, by noon the day prior, to book
an appointment. You are allowed three free accesses in each 6
month period. After these have been used a nominal fee will be
charged for additional accesses. Our facility is open for access Mon - Sat, from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm.

How is your wooden container protected from the elements?
(rain, snow, etc.)
During delivery, the container is out-fitted by a water-proof, vinyl
cover which is removed once the container comes back to our warehouse
for storage.

How big is the container and how much weight can it
hold?
The container size is 7'w x 9'l x 7'h (Inside dimensions are 80" x 104" x 84") and can hold 400cu. ft of furniture. The container will
hold a maximum weight of 4500lbs/2000kg.
